Scope of this policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the Color Calc Customizer application for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by Kampschulte GmbH (collectively, the “Application”). Kampschulte GmbH is referred to in this policy as the “Service Provider”.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application does not collect, log, or store personal information during normal use. Registration is not required.
Color preferences, presets, and app configurations are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to or stored by the Service Provider.
If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted as part of ordinary network connectivity. The Service Provider does not retain this data or use it for tracking.
No user account is required, and the Service Provider does not maintain a server-side profile of your calculator themes, presets, or normal in-app activity.
Precise real-time location
The Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Third-party access
Because the Application does not collect personal information during normal use, the Service Provider does not share such information with third parties.
No server-side personal data retention
The Service Provider does not collect or store personal data from normal use of Color Calc Customizer, so there is no server-side personal data retention period.
App presets, color combinations, and configuration choices are stored locally on your device. They remain on the device until you remove them using available app or device controls, clear the Application’s local storage, or uninstall the Application.
If you voluntarily contact the Service Provider by email, any information contained in that message is provided by you outside normal app use and may be processed only as necessary to respond to your request and comply with applicable legal obligations.
How to delete data
There is no server-side personal app data held by the Service Provider to delete.
Because Color Calc Customizer stores presets and settings locally on your device, you can remove local app data by deleting saved items where the Application provides that option, clearing the Application’s storage through your device settings, or uninstalling the Application.
If you have voluntarily sent information to the Service Provider by email and would like that communication deleted, you may request deletion by contacting [email protected], subject to any information the Service Provider may be required to retain by applicable law.
Children’s privacy
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit personal data from children or market the Application to them.
Because the Application does not collect personal information during normal use, children’s personal information is not collected through normal use of the Application. If a child voluntarily provides personal information to the Service Provider by other means, a parent or guardian should contact the Service Provider where appropriate.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data during normal use, the risk of personal data exposure through the Application is limited. No security system is completely secure, and the Service Provider uses reasonable safeguards for systems and any information it may hold outside normal app use.
Data breach notification
Because the Application does not collect personal data during normal use, the risk of a breach affecting app-user personal data held by the Service Provider is minimal. If a breach affects information voluntarily provided to the Service Provider, notice will be provided where required by applicable law.
Changes to this policy
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the posted version together with an updated effective date. Where applicable law requires consent before a material change takes effect, the Service Provider will seek that consent.

Your consent
If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
